PANDEMONIUM BLANCO DE BLANCAS
Characteristics: Mountain vineyards to create a unique sparkling wine. High altitude vineyards in the Alto Najerilla area (La Rioja). Located in a borderline area for vine cultivation, on slopes between 700 and 900 metres above sea level, up to the oak groves of the mountain range. Sustainable cultivation is practiced. Cold continental climate with Atlantic influence. Ferrous clay soils. Manual harvest. Production: Traditional method.

Aging: Aged in stacks for 5 years.
Alcohol content: 11.5% Vol
Visual: Straw yellow with greenish reflections that show its young character, despite its prolonged aging in stacks. In the glass it forms abundant rosaries of bubbles refined by the passing of the years and of great persistence.
Nose: The nose initially displays a fragrance of white flowers and citrus tones accompanied by balsamic nuances that denote its fresh character. More mature attributes of peach skin and creamy notes are perceived, as well as certain touches of hay and nutshell. ,
Pale: The palate stands out for its great freshness, a result of the intrinsic character of the grapes in the Alto Najerilla region. It shows a natural acidity that integrates in a very balanced way with the fine bubbles and guides the wine throughout its journey in the mouth in a great dimension. It also stands out for its great enveloping, with creamy sensations and sweet notes that come together with the acidity and result in a complex and persistent mouthfeel.
