AROA LAIA

Characteristics: A surprising white wine from high altitudes. Vineyards grown organically, with low yields, located in the Yerri Valley, sheltered by the Urbasa and Andía mountain ranges. The vines, planted on fresh clayey calcareous soils, have never been treated with synthetic chemicals. Harvest: Manual harvesting that began on October 7th. Selection of bunches. Production: Pressing and fermentation at low temperature (16ºC) to preserve all the aromas and freshness of the grapes.

Varieties: Garnacha Blanca.

Ageing: 50% of the wine spends 3 months in French and European oak barrels.

Alcohol content: 12.5% ​​Vol.

Visual: Pale, clean and bright. White gold tones and lime green hues.

Nose: Tropical fruits, passion fruit, pineapple, mango with citrus notes of grapefruit and mandarin refreshed with soft notes of mint.

Palate: Fresh acidity, new fruits such as peach and apple and on the horizon the salty memory of the Cantabrian Sea.
