Dry, balanced white wine with aromas of white fruit. Made from the local Prensal Blanc grape variety. Fermented and aged for 12 months in a 500-litre French oak barrel.

ALCOHOL: 13% vol.
COLOUR: Straw yellow. Medium-high intensity with greenish reflections. Clean and bright.
NOSE: High intensity. Clearly, aromas of white stone fruit, such as peach, and tropical aromas, such as pineapple, stand out. Also notable are the spicy and creamy aromas, coming from the wood.
PALATE: Dry and structured white. Long and persistent on the palate. Very round and well-integrated acidity.
