This wine represents the freshness and typicality of the Mallorcan white variety Prensal Blanc. In 2016, 2,000 Prensal vines were planted on the Son Forteza estate in Alaró with the aim of producing a wine in which the primary aromas of this variety
were in the foreground.

PRODUCTION
Manual harvest in 12kg boxes. Subsequent passage of the grapes through a selection table where strict quality control is carried out. Gentle pressing of the bunches at low pressures in a pneumatic press to prevent oxidation. Long fermentations in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures of approximately 14ºC for about 40 days to preserve the subtlety of the varietal aromas.
