Tasting notes:
Colour: Pale salmon colour with silvery reflections, clean and bright.
Nose: Reminiscent of poppy blossom, fresh red fruit such as pomegranate and watermelon, together with the typical mineral notes of the Mallorcan sea.
Palate: Smooth and pleasant entry in the mouth. A versatile wine, unctuous and with very good acidity marking a fun finish reminiscent of fresh red fruits.

Elaboration:
Harvest by hand, selecting the grapes in the vineyard and in the winery.
Fermentation in small batches in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
