Prensal, Giró Ros, Chardonay, Viognier

All from our own vineyards, located in Muro, Son Morei, where Giró Ros is planted, and Prensal, Son Parera, where Viognier and Chardonay are planted.
15% of the total has been aged for 4 months in French oak barrels, the remaining 85% has not been aged. Its production and combination of varieties, as well as its very limited production, make it a very exclusive wine.
A transparent white colour, very clean, with some greenish notes.
It has aromas of tropical fruits and especially notes of Mediterranean fruits, pear, apricot and medlar, very fresh, smooth and very easy to drink.

The native Mallorcan varieties predominate, all influenced by the proximity of the Albufera de Mallorca, “at sea level”, which gives it a smoothness that invites you to continue drinking.

It is recommended to serve it very cold.
