]]> Bienbebido Pulpo is a fresh and silky Albariño made to match the special texture of octopus, regardless of how it is prepared. Galician-style octopus, salpicón, grilled, in empanada or baby octopus in American sauce. A pairing that is perfect thanks to the aromatic and mineral notes of Albariño, and a fresh, easy and marked acidity on the palate.

Variety: 100% Albariño

Production: fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. Aging on fine lees for 4 months in the same tank where it underwent partial malolactic fermentation.
Alcohol content: 11.5%

TASTING NOTES
Visual: Straw yellow color with greenish and golden flashes.
Nose: It is a very fresh wine, with an aroma of acidic fruits, such as sour apple, lime or lemon.
Palate: On the palate it is fresh, easy to swallow, with a very marked acidity, and a finish that invites you to take another sip.
