Harvest: Manual harvest of botrytis-affected grapes in November. Selections of berries at the sorting table.
Winemaking: The fermentation in French oak barrels. When alcohol level reaches a certain concentration, the fermentation stops, leaving naturally sweet wine. After fermentation, short ageing on fine lees (3 months), racking and aging in the barrels utill bottling.
Aging: 9 months in French oak barrels
Alcohol Content 15,5% Vol.

TASTING NOTES
Colour: Old gold color
Nose: Aromas of orange skins, dried apricots, honey, but also fresh fruit, balsamic tones and notes of the barrel.
Palate: Its balance and liveliness are outstanding. Despite being a sweet wine, its acidity persists and a sublime intensity is achieved. A finish reminiscent of fruit compote.

Vineyard: Vineyards planted in 1999 in the area of Calahorra (Finca Zarcillo and Finca Mejorana).
Harvest: Night harvest from August 14 to September 9.
Winemaking: Cold skin maceration for 6 hours, fermentation at 16ºC in stainless steel tanks, interrupted with cooling down to 0ºC, so that fermentation is not complete and unfermented sugars remain, resulting in a natural semi-sweet wine.
Alcohol Content: 11,5% Vol.

TASTING NOTES
Visual: Pale yellow, clean and bright.
Nose: Aromatic intensity of Moscatel, combined with the freshness that the Viura gives it, we find notes of tropical fruits and nuances of white flowers. Fresh and fragrant
Palate: Pleasant and silky, the freshness of the white fruit harmonizes perfectly with its sweetness, resulting in a exceptionally well-balanced wine.

Varieties: Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains.
Vineyard: Vineyards planted in 1999 in the area of Calahorra (Finca Zarcillo and Finca Mejorana). Harvest: Night harvest in September.
Winemaking: Maceration of the grape in cold for 6 hours. Fermentation at 16ºC in stainless steel tanks, once the partially fermented grape must is at 5’5 degrees alcohol, cooled to very low temperature stopping the fermentation and leaving a partially fermented grape must sweetly fruity and with natural carbonic. When bottling, we give it a slight touch of carbon dioxide to give it the bubbly point we are looking for.
Alcohol Content: 5,5% Vol.
Tasting notes
Colour: Bright pale yellow colour with fine, elegant bubbles.
Nose: Full range of aromas, from ripe white fruits to tropical fruits and citrus notes.
Palate: Nice bubbles refresh your mouth and together with fruity flavour leave sweet, ripe tropical finish.

Winemaking: Cold maceration for 2 hours, softly pressed, controlled fermentation in vat at low temperature.
Alcohol Content: 12% Vol.

TASTING NOTES
Colour: Pale salmon, elegant, persuasive, clean and bright.
Nose: Medium intensity, great complexity of fruity aromas with seed fruit notes, such as pear and ripe pear, also stone fruit, peach skin and certain citrus notes.
Palate: With great length and structure, it has a very balanced mouth. Fruit notes return to highlight its citrus freshness.

Winemaking: Cold maceration of the must with the skins for 6 hours, controlled fermentation in vat at 16ºC. Aging on the fine lees for 2 months

TASTING NOTES
Colour: Pale yellow, very clean and bright.
Nose: High intensity, as is typical of Muscat, very fresh, with a background of tropical notes, with notes of white flowers giving it a lot of complexity. Fresh and fragrant.
Palate: Very pleasant and silky, an explosion of white fruit and fresh grape flavors with a sweet character.
