]]> Attractive, medium-to-deep cherry-red color with a purple rim. Clean and bright in the glass.

On the nose, it offers aromas of ripe olives, spices, hints of fine cocoa, light smokiness, and fresh minerality.
On the palate, it has a smooth entry with a velvety texture, revealing ripe and rounded tannins. A fresh, pleasant, and long finish, dominated by balsamic notes.
Hand-harvested. Fermented at a controlled temperature of 24ºC in stainless steel tanks.
AGING: 18 months in French oak barrels.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 15%
VARIETIES: 40% MERLOT, 25% CABERNET, 25% SYRAH, 10% MANTONEGRO

PECAT: “Sin” would be not enjoy  this scarce and exclusive wine, virtuously elaborated.
