Nose: The nose initially displays a fragrance of white flowers and citrus tones accompanied by balsamic nuances that denote its fresh character. More mature attributes of peach skin and creamy notes are perceived, as well as certain touches of hay and nutshell. ,

Pale: The palate stands out for its great freshness, a result of the intrinsic character of the grapes in the Alto Najerilla region. It shows a natural acidity that integrates in a very balanced way with the fine bubbles and guides the wine throughout its journey in the mouth in a great dimension. It also stands out for its great enveloping, with creamy sensations and sweet notes that come together with the acidity and result in a complex and persistent mouthfeel.

Alcohol content: 11.5% Vol

Visual: It surprises with its yellowish hue, with a certain intensity and greyish nuances, despite the use of red grapes in its production.

Nose: On the nose it shows creamy and pastry notes, accompanied by fresher tones of aromatic plants. It has great complexity due to the five years of aging in the bottle, with notes of fallen leaves and white pepper. It also shows light tones of red fruit that denote the presence of Garnacha Tinta. It is an intense and very complex aroma that constantly evolves in the glass.

Palate: On the palate it stands out for its harmony and kindness. The bubbles are very integrated into the sweet sensation transmitted by the Garnacha Tinta variety, and it leaves certain memories of citrus that give it more complexity.
