]]> La Garnacha de Hielo is one of the few ice wines produced in Spain. It comes from the vineyards that the Acha family has in Cárdenas and is harvested at the end of December with temperatures between five and ten degrees below zero. At this time of year, the grape has a maximum concentration and yields a sweet, very exclusive wine.

Varieties: 100% Grenache.
Vineyard: The grapes come from the plot called Senda de Haro. It is one of the Acha family’s centenary vineyards, located over 600 meters above the sea level in Cardenas (Alto Najerilla, Rioja Alta), on a ferrous clay terrain, with north-northeast orientation. Planted in 1906.
Harvest: Manual harvest.
Winemaking: Grapes are selected manually one by one, pressed and fermented in traditional way in 500 l open new French oak barrels.
Aging: 24 months in new French oak barrels.
Alcohol Content: 15,5% Vol.

TASTING NOTESColour: Dark red cherry colour.
Nose: Intense and multi-layered aroma, with notes of ripe black fruits, chocolate and truffles.
Palate: In mouth is pure elegance,
showing delicate mature red fruits with hint of tobacco, spices, and mineral touch. The tannins are soft, followed by a long, fruity finish.

]]> This is a very personal wine produced by the oenologist Raul Acha and his family with the grapes harvested in the centenary vineyard their ancestors planted over one hundred years ago and that now, as is typical of Garnacha, offers some superb wines. The whole production process of this wine was carried out by hand by the members of the Acha family.

]]> La Fosca del Priorat is a wine made in a 60 year old vineyard with the typical soils of this area that are predominately slate, located at an altitude of 310 meters.
Varieties: Mainly Garnacha with small amounts of Cariñena, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Vineyard: Over 60 years old vineyards, located between 300 and 400 metres above sea level on the terraced slopes of Molar (Tarragona).
Harvest: Manual harvest at the end of September.
Winemaking: Maceration for 2 weeks, controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats.
Aging: 10 months in new and used French oak barrels.
Alcohol Content: 15% Vol.

TASTING NOTES
Colour: Intense ruby red with deep edges.
Nose: Interesting bouquet where the Garnacha varietal characteristics are perfectly combine with mineral and oaky touch.
Palate: Rich and tasty wine, with great balance, elegance and harmony. Right amount of acidity emphasizes its drinkability and leave pleasant aftertaste.

]]> A wine produced with grapes from very low yield single vineyard located at 800 meters above sea level and grown virtually without any intervention or treatment. The result is a balanced, fresh wine with pleasant tannins, the maximum expression of the most Atlantic Garnacha from Aragón.
Varieties: 100% Grenache.
Vineyard: Organic vineyards, planted in 1999, located 800 metres above sea level at the northern tip of the province of Zaragoza. Southeast facing slopes with chalky clay soil, surrounded by typical Mediterranean forest. Low production (2-3 thousand kg/ha).
Harvest: Manual harveston October 13.
Winemaking: Controlled fermentation in vats, malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
Aging: 12 months in French oak barrels.
Alcohol content: 15,5% Vol.

TASTING NOTES
Colour: Intense dark cherry colour with deep garnet edges.
Nose: Delicate and highly complex aroma. The combination of ripe black fruits, (blackberries, raspberries and cranberries), orange peel, pepper and balsamic flavors (dill, rosemary and laurel).
Palate: Balanced, fresh and pleasant wine with smooth tannins and long, buttery finish.

]]> A wine that is surprising due to its roundness and youth. After 5 months of aging in new French oak barrels, this wine expresses all the qualities of the Garnacha in this area of the Ebro Valley. A fruity, fresh and sweet tannin wine capable of satisfying the enthusiasts of this variety.
Varieties: 100% Grenache.
Vineyard: Vineyards are located in a watershed area, on the north face of Moncayo. Soil is rocky with a high percentage of slate and pebbles. High altitude, over 800 m.
Harvest: Manual harvest of selected grapes at the end ot September and the first weeks of October.
Winemaking: Maceration for 2 weeks, fermentation in vats at the temperature bellow 25ºC.
Aging: 5 months in French oak barrels.
Alcohol Content: 14% Vol.

TASTING NOTES
Colour: Medium-deep garnet colour with bright red edge.
Nose: Intense and elegant red berry fruit character, with tobacco and herbs notes.
Palate: Rich and fruity with well balanced freshness. Elegant, with unique varietal characteristics and long aftertaste.

]]> La Garnacha Olvidada de Aragón is a wine produced with grapes from old Garnacha vineyards, which is imparted in its pleasant, mature tannins. It exhibits the excellent results that a variety such as Garnacha can offer, especially when it comes from old vines.
Varieties: 100% Grenache.
Vineyard: Old vineyards, planted in the forties, on ferrous clay soils with boulders in the Ribota Valley, with an average altitude of 850 meters. The weather is warm continental.
Harvest: Manual harvest of selected grapes in the second week of October.
Winemaking: Maceration for 17 days, controlled fermentation in 15.000 kg concrete deposits at the temperature bellow 25ºC.
Aging: Aged for 6 months on its lees in concrete tanks.
Alcohol Content: 15,5% Vol.

TASTING NOTES
Colour: Mature red cherry with violet rim.
Nose: Intense with dark red fruits with moka and cocoa notes.
Palate: Smooth and fruity wine, complemented with gentle tannins. Intensive character that fills the mouth and leaves a long aftertaste.
