Albillo Real from the Los Peros area at 850 metres above sea level, old vines, around 80 years old on granite soils with outcrops of red granite (episienite). The vineyard is located within a ZEPA (Special Protection Area for Birds) area and the Natura 2000 network. Dry-land vineyard, with traditional goblet training and cultivated organically, registered with the CAEM (Committee for Organic Agriculture of the Community of Madrid).
\nManual harvesting in 15-kilogram boxes. Direct pressing of the whole grapes with subsequent spontaneous fermentation and ageing in 1,000-litre French oak foudre without battonage.<\/p>\n
Tasting notes<\/p>\n
This is a creamy white wine with aromas of stone fruit, citrus notes and evocations of flowers and dried herbs. On the palate it is full-bodied, lively and consistent. A highly expressive wine with an oily texture, invigorating acidity and a long, distinguished finish.<\/p>\n
