Production information
\nManual harvest in the first week of September. Cold pressing, racking and fermentation at 16\u00baC for 20 days. Part of the grapes ferment with their own skins. Aged in 500L French oak barrels with their own lees for 1 month.<\/p>\n

Tasting notes
\nWhite wine made with the native Premsal 100% variety. It expresses fruity aromas with creamy notes resulting from its fermentation with skins and its aging of part in French oak barrels.
