\nManual harvest in the 2nd week of August. Cold pressing, racking and fermentation at 16\u00baC for 20 days. Aged on its own lees for 4 months, with batonnage for 2 months.<\/p>\n

Tasting notes
\nWhite wine made from the native Malvas\u00eda de Banyalbufar variety (planted in ConselI), which respects the characteristics of the variety. Clear, pale yellow wine with a greenish rim. It may present precipitation as it is not stabilised and only lightly filtered. It expresses floral aromas (white lilies) and white fruits (peach, apricot, pear…) with citrus notes. Fresh and fluid on the palate, with a pleasant and long-lasting acidity. Optimum serving temperature: Between 7\u00ba and 8\u00baC.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
