Limited edition of 300 amphorae submerged in the Mediterranean Sea.<\/p>\n<p>Winemaking:<br \/>\nFermented and macerated with its skins for 3 months, plus 8 months without the skin in a 1000 L clay amphora, as well as an underwater maturation period of 9 months in 750 ml amphorae in the Mediterranean Sea. Unfiltered wine made with minimum intervention.<\/p>\n<p>Taste:<br \/>\nAppearance: Light yellow colour with greenish reflections, slightly cloudy but bright.<br \/>\nNose: Fruity aromas of pear, medlars, melon and grapefruit. Tangerine blossom meets fresh marine, iodine, mollusc and calcareous aromas of our terroir, raw almonds with subtle smok and brioche, It is like eating a creamy ensaimada by the sea in the bay of Pollensa.<br \/>\nPalate: Fine but wild, very marine, something unique that the underwater maturation gives. Excellent acidity with great structure, unctuous, versatile and very elegant.
