\nVineyard: Vineyards located in the Can Batlle Vell Estate (in the municipality of Gelida) and Cal Font (in Sant Lloren\u00e7 d’Hortons).<\/p>\n
Production: Destemming and pressing. Cryomaceration in an inert atmosphere, to extract varietal aromas. Gentle pressing, and subsequent natural decanting of the must at low temperature. Fermentation at low temperature and subsequently maturing on the lees of fermentation for 3 months.
\nAlcohol content: 12%.<\/p>\n
Xarel\u00b7lo is the queen variety of the Pened\u00e9s, an ideal grape for making balanced wines, with great expressiveness in the mouth, good structure and very unctuous, which is why in recent years still wines have been made with it, although it is also largely used to make sparkling wines.<\/p>\n
At Vintae we wanted to make an aromatic wine, with varietal notes of flowers and fruit, and a silky mouthfeel. To do this we did a maceration prior to fermentation to extract varietal aromas and, subsequently, we made it with great respect for the fruit.<\/p>\n
The aim is for it to be a perfect wine for a celebration, to uncork and enjoy from start to finish, as the protagonists of the label, \u201cEls Torrats\u201d, do, wonderfully tipsy from the wine. Being happy is not a choice, it is a consequence of knowing how to enjoy life, of laughing, of being irreverent and fun.
