The stone constructions, made with local rock, preserve the region\u2019s architectural character while harmoniously blending in with the landscape.\u202f\r\nOur wines capture and personify the freshness and liveliness of the terroir, highlighting the characteristic primary aromas of our native Mallorcan grapes. The calcareous soils that nourish our vines originate from the collapse of the Castell d\u2019Alar\u00f3 limestone rock deposited over time on the slopes of the S\u2019Olivaret estate. The soil gives the wines an extremely mineral mouthfeel with distinctive chalky notes.
