Se asientan sobre terrenos pobres, en suelos arenosos con alto componente pedregoso gran\u00edtico y son cultivados de forma natural como marca la tradici\u00f3n toresana.<br \/>\nVendimia: La vendimia comenz\u00f3 el 24 de septiembre y se llev\u00f3 a cabo de forma manual.<br \/>\nElaboraci\u00f3n: Elaboraci\u00f3n de m\u00ednima intervenci\u00f3n. Maceraci\u00f3n con las pieles durante 4 horas, prensado suave y desfangado est\u00e1tico. Fermentaci\u00f3n espont\u00e1nea con levaduras aut\u00f3ctonas en barricas nuevas de roble franc\u00e9s de 600 litros, donde se mantiene en contacto con las l\u00edas finas.<br \/>\nCrianza: 14 meses en \u201cbocoyes\u201d (grandes barricas) nuevos de roble franc\u00e9s de 600 litros, con tostados ligeros.<br \/>\nGrado: 13% Vol.<\/p>\n<p>INFORMACI\u00d3N T\u00c9CNICA<\/p>\n<p>Visual: Color amarillo pajizo, de intensidad media, muy brillante y con reminiscencias gris\u00e1ceas.<br \/>\nNariz: De gran complejidad, destacan las notas de vainilla y frutas de pepita maduras, acompa\u00f1adas de notas cremosas. Se complementa con ligeros matices anisados, para reflejar una nariz armonizada por su crianza en fudres, de car\u00e1cter dulce y con gran diversidad de matices.<br \/>\nBoca: Un vino muy envolvente y glic\u00e9rico, con mucha cremosidad y muy agradable. Pero a la vez con una buena acidez, resultando un vino muy equilibrado y elegante. Muy placentero al paladar, donde resaltan los matices dulces y una fina textura que incrementa su complejidad y riqueza.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Variedades: Malvas\u00eda de Toro y otras variedades.
