AROA JAUNA
Jauna’s secret lies in its coupage made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Merlot and Garnacha grapes.
All of them from the 25 hectares of organic vineyards that surround the northernmost winery in Navarra.
A tasty, fresh and aromatic wine.

The vines, planted on fresh clayey calcareous soils, have never been treated with synthetic chemicals. The harvest was carried out in the first half of October. Hand-picked and bunch selection table. Production: Fermentation at 26ºC, 14 days of maceration, and 2 daily pumping overs.
Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Tempranillo and Garnacha.
Aging: 12 months in oak barrels and a minimum of another 12 months in the bottle.
Alcohol content: 14.5% Vol.
Visual: Deep purple and blood tones, very clean, with great intensity and brightness.
Nose: Ripe fruit, pear compote, apple and quince jam. Aromas of cocoa, dried leaves and bark, with hints of leather in the background.
Palate: Tasty, agile and with well-integrated tannins. Perfect harmony between alcohol and acidity. Fresh and fleshy finish.
