HEAVEN & HELL

Heaven and Hell is a wine made from Albariño, Treixadura and Godello, a blend of old vines. Old vineyards that give rise to this wine. This wine comes from part of the old vines of the O Forcadal vineyard.
It is the combination of the depth, elegance and concentration of the old vines of Gomariz. The complexity, freshness, nerve and aromatic intensity are provided by the Albariño. The mouthfeel is sweet, round, intense, elegant, original from the Godello grapes and the clay soils of Gomariz. The structure of the Treixadura and the schists of Gomariz. The mineral notes stand out, fused together with a balanced acidity that lengthens the wine in the mouth. All in one wine, finesse, elegance, depth, intensity, complexity and concentration. Mineral and fruity in equal parts in a different wine.
Image: It is a recreation of the good and bad angels that appear in the video of the song of the same name by Ronnie James Dio. The angel represents the ethereal, the pleasure and the little devil the feeling of being in hell, due to the heat of the warm summer in the vineyard.
