VALAUTÍN GARNACHA

Valautín in Piedmontese means the valley of small vineyards. It is a single-varietal red wine made from Garnacha grapes from small vineyards with granite soils. Its grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to spontaneous fermentation. The result is a pale ruby-coloured wine with a complex nose of red fruits, subtle spices and delicate floral aromas. On the palate, its gentle and balanced entry highlights the ripe fruit and leaves a long and delicious finish. A perfect choice to enjoy with friends on any occasion!

Harvested by hand in 15 kg boxes. Spontaneous fermentation, gentle maceration for 90 days with whole grapes, aged for one year, half in concrete and half in 500-litre French oak barrels.

Tasting notes

A bright, pale ruby red colour. A medium-high intensity nose, with a very complex aroma in which we find aromas of red fruit that remind us of currant and liqueur cherry; subtle hints of spices such as white pepper and floral notes such as lily. On the palate it has a pleasant entry, with very good acidity, structure and a light passage. Very tasty. The red fruit stands out, in this case more ripe. It is medium-bodied and somewhat delicate, with very fine tannins and spicy and concentrated flavours, fresh, vertical, very intense, with a granite texture. It finishes long and tasty.

An ideal wine for aperitifs and for drinking with friends.
