White wine fermented and aged in oak barrel Terra Alta PDO

Region: Terra Alta, Southern Catalonia.
Grapes: 100 % white grenache from selected vineyards.
Vineyard’s age: 20 or more years old.
Growing and conduction system: conventional agriculture, mostly bush vines. Manual and selected harvest.
Elaboration: skin contact maceration, first half of alcoholic.
Fermentation in stainless steel vat and second half in oak barrels. Exclusively finned with vegetable origin products.
Aging: 7-8 months in barrels with its lees.
Oak quality: French new barrels of 225 & 300 L.

Stopper: natural cork 44 x 24 mm.
Alcohol content: 13-14 % Vol.

Peak drinking and serving suggestions: until the 5th year after vintage. date. Service temperature: 12º C.
Decanting favours its fruity expression during the first two years after bottling.
