CHAPIRETE SAUVIGNON BLANC
Type of soil: Loose soils, with no tendency to waterlogging and little fertility due to the high vigor of the plant.
Vineyard: Young trellises up to 20 years old.
Harvest: Rapid mechanized night harvesting, which allows the grapes to enter at a low temperature, minimizing energy expenditure and avoiding oxidation of the must.
Production: From Sauvignon Blanc grapes we make this wine in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature during fermentation to avoid loss of aromas.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow. Very intense nose, with aromas typical of the variety, such as tropical fruit and herbaceous nuances. Wide, balanced and persistent mouthfeel.
Consumption: Temperature: 8-10º
Pairing: appetizers accompanied by salted meats, soft creamy cheese and salads with fruit.
