White wine, made with red grapes, as was done in the past, what is traditionally called a Blanc de Negres, harvested at an optimal state of ripeness, just before the grapes acquire maximum sugar and color. Its elaboration and combination of varieties as well as the very limited production make it a very exclusive wine.
Transparent white color, very clean, with some greenish notes.
It has aromas of tropical fruits and especially notes of Mediterranean fruits, cherry, wild strawberries, pear, apricot and medlar, very fresh, smooth and very easy to drink, with a slightly spicy background.

The local Mallorcan varieties predominate, all influenced by the proximity of the Albufera de Mallorca, “at sea level”, which gives it a smoothness that invites you to continue drinking.

It is recommended to serve it very cold.
