Varieties: Tinta Fina (Tempranillo), and to a lesser extent we also find Garnacha, Albillo Mayor, Bobal, Monastrell and Graciano. Vineyard: Small old plots of land between 80 and 90 years old, located in the Páramo de Corcos at 960 metres above sea level, in Moradillo de Roa. A historic town with a great winemaking tradition where El Cotarro is located, one of the oldest winery districts in the denomination, whose legacy dates back to the 15th century. The soils are pebble with a lower layer rich in clay substrate, allowing for very well-drained soils on the surface, while the clay found in the depths maintains freshness in the driest and hottest months for the vineyard.Harvest: Manual harvest on October 9.Production: Fermentation and maceration in a 9,000-kilo vat, at a temperature of 28ºC, for 3 weeks. Malolactic fermentation in a 5,000-litre European oak vat.Aging: 12 months in a 5,000-litre European oak vat.Content: 15% Vol.TECHNICAL INFORMATIONVisual: With a very high layer, it shows picota cherry tones with slight dark nuances of evolution in the rim, formed during its aging phase. It shows great clarity and brightness in the glass.Nose: Of great aromatic intensity, it elegantly combines notes of ripe fruit with nuances of oak, highlighting tones of cocoa and dark chocolate. In the background, more complex notes of orange peel and certain aromatic plants can also be appreciated, together with a hint of ripe plum.Pale: It shows great structure, characteristic of Tinta Fina, although its entrance is sweet and pleasant. The power of the grape is reinforced by the interaction with the oak, thus generating sensations of amplitude that are transferred throughout its passage through the mouth. It is a reflection of the maturity induced by the boulders of the moor with the accumulated sun during the day, thus generating that special warmth to the grape and those tactile sensations of great kindness.

Varieties: Tinta Fina (Tempranillo), accompanied in small percentages by Garnacha, Albillo Mayor and others. Vineyard: Small plots at almost a thousand metres above sea level, some with only 2 or 3 rows, where vines planted 80 years ago coexist with other pre-phylloxera vines that are more than 140 years old. Vineyards located in the historic town of Villálvaro, on the edge of Ribera, in the province of Soria, the most north-eastern area of the denomination. It is the highest and coldest part of Ribera due to its proximity to the Picos de Urbión and the Soria mountain ranges, full of pine forests. The soils are sandy with a small percentage of gravel, very drained, but at the same time very fresh, since at a depth of one metre there is a clay-ferrous substrate, which helps maintain humidity even in very dry periods. Harvest: Manual harvest on October 16. Elaboration: Fermentation and maceration in a 9,000-kilogram vat at a temperature of 28ºC for 3 weeks. Malolactic fermentation in a 5,000-litre European oak vat. Ageing: 12 months in a 5,000-litre European oak vat. Alcohol content: 14.5% Vol.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Visual: It stands out for its great intensity, with a very high layer, but above all for its luminosity, with reddish cherry tones and violet hues on the rim accompanied by bluish flashes. It denotes a youthful and fresh character from the look.
Nose: It is an inspiration to the ethereal world, to the fresh air; a combination of jasmine flower with citrus notes of acidic grapefruit, surrounded by a set of red fruit that characterise the expression of fresh fruit and denote an inner energy without limits. In the background, a more balsamic aspect emerges, with eucalyptus and aromatic notes that evoke height and sublime freshness. Its great complexity does not prevent it from overflowing with frankness and a subtlety of great depth.
Palate: delicate and full of energy, it is the example that elevates the modern elaboration of fine wines reflecting an environment. It has balance and elegance in its DNA; it is a constant throughout its passage through the mouth. The soft tactile sensations of its structure are intertwined with fresh fruit, the result of high-altitude cultivation. A wine that perfectly reflects the nuances of the high mountains.

Bardos Verdejo is a young and fresh white wine, perfect for those looking for light and refreshing flavors.
On the nose, it displays a range of aromas reminiscent of juicy peach and freshly cut grass, with citrus touches that add liveliness.
On the palate, its minerality and volume are balanced with just the right acidity, culminating in a subtly aniseed-like finish that enhances its unique aromatic profile.
Enjoy this Verdejo that promises to be a delight with every sip.

Characteristics: The essence of the Verdejo grape. Vineyards between 20 and 25 years old, located in Rueda and La Seca, at more than 700 m above sea level on stony soils. These are difficult-to-work lands due to their unevenness, which allows for very good ventilation and sunlight for the plant. The continental climate, with large temperature differences between day and night in the summer, favours a good balance between sugar and acidity. Night harvest with temperatures below 15ºC. The harvest began in mid-September and continued throughout the second half of September. Production: Destemming and pressing. Cryomaceration in an inert atmosphere to extract varietal aromas. Soft pressing, and subsequent natural decanting of the must at low

Varieties: Verdejo

Aging: no aging

Alcohol content: 13% Vol.

Visual: Straw yellow color with greenish hues.

Nose: Intense aromas of tropical fruits (pineapple and passion fruit) and also vegetal notes typical of the Verdejo variety, such as boxwood, which add complexity

Mouth: Enveloping, velvety and long. Persistent, with good acidity that balances the volume in the mouth, making it very harmonious.
