As Viñas is a wine made from Albariño, Treixadura and others. Old vineyards bought over the years in the village of Gomariz. This wine comes from the century-old vines of As Viñas. A parcel wine, that is, from a single plot planted in 1926 with a wide mix of varieties and partially re-grafted in 2010, eliminating the Torrontés. Today, Treixadura and Albariño make up 90% of the surface area.

It is the definition of a great wine for ageing, deep, structured, flavourful and elegant. The nerve and aromatic intensity are provided by the Albariño. The structure and elegance, by the Treixadura. The originality, by the minority grapes. The unprecedented texture in the mouth is from the clay soils of Gomariz. The structure of the Gomariz cysts highlights the mineral notes, fused together with a great acidity that lengthens the wine in the mouth. A wine with finesse, elegance, intensity and complexity.

Image: This is the parcel map of Gomariz, where you can see part of the plots that make up the As Viñas estate. It is the definition of the origin, of its historic plots and exceptional Crus.
Varieties: Treixadura, Albariño and other varieties.
Area and D.O.: Own plot that gives its name to the As Viñas de Gomariz estate. Without D.O.
Age of vines: 93 years
Production: Pressing of whole grapes, racking, fermentation and ageing in demi-muid. Fermentation: New 600L demi-muid (barrel).
Ageing: 12 months in new demi-muid. One year in tank, until bottling

Tasting notes: High intensity aromas on the nose. Notes of flowers, fruits, pastries, spices, mineral hints.
Balanced palate, with texture, fresh, direct, elegant. Very long and intense finish. A unique and characterful wine that improves in the bottle.

Salvaxe is the result of Treixadura, Albariño, Godello, Verdello, Torrontés and others, from old vines in Gomariz. Old vineyards that make possible the birth of a different project. Traditional viticulture, together with organic farming principles. Together with permaculture work inspired by Fukuoka.
The extraordinary depth and fleshiness of the old vines revealed a different, concentrated and flavorful wine. Its cultivation method means less production, but provides more volume and fruit intensity. Minerality and fruitiness in equal parts. Added to the concentration and finesse, they make it different.
Image: It is an illustration that reflects the claw of a wild beast that was not domesticated. Salvaxe is a pure wine in the field and winery. Without manipulation or intervention. Minimum doses of sulphites and a slight filtering. It is the concept of “catching” some vines that grow freely in the bottle. This has taken us a few years to capture it in this wine.
English:Zone, topography and D.O.: Gomariz, Avia valley, Ribeiro without D.O.
Vineyards and age of the vines: Selection of grapes from various plots between 70-110 years old.
Varieties: Treixadura, Albariño, Godello, Verdello and others.
Production: Fermentation in stainless steel at very low temperature for a few days. Then pressing and filling of barrels.
Aging: 8 months in new and used 500L barrels 1-3 wines.
Tasting notes: High intensity aromas on the nose. Notes of flowers, spices and fruit, citrus, fresh, mineral hints. Balanced and wide mouthfeel, fresh, with very powerful and direct fruit, elegant and fleshy. Sweet, very long and intense finish. A wine with character and unique that will improve with the bottle.

Máis alá is the wine of Godello grapes from the A Falcoeira area in O Bolo. A high area on a steep hillside.
The extraordinary freshness and depth provided by these high-altitude vines give us a different, fluid, elegant and tasty wine. The altitude means greater freshness and acidity. Fermentation and ageing in barrels provides more volume, sweetness and complexity. Great aromatic intensity, minerality and fruitiness on a creamy background. Its concentration, freshness and finesse and its personality make it different.
Image: It is an illustration of the mountains where the grapes for this wine come from. Máis alá is the wine from a high-altitude hillside, a climber who goes up to harvest his vines at the top of the mountain. The reflection of the hard work to obtain this grape.
Vinification: Fermentation begins in stainless steel at a very low temperature. Then we fill the barrels. Fermentation in large-capacity barrels, at a low temperature. Very slow fermentations to respect all the fruit and personality. Long aging to integrate the acidity and improve the entry into the mouth.
Area, topography and D.O.: A Falcoeira, O Bolo. Without D.O.
Variety: Godello
Production Fermentation in foudre, at very low temperature with its lees. Fermentation: In a 2500L foudre of 1 wine. Aging: 8 months in a 2500L foudre of 1 wine.
Tasting notes: High intensity aromas on the nose. Floral, a spicy touch, fresh fruit and mineral hints.
Balanced mouthfeel, great texture, fresh, with very powerful and direct fruit. Elegant and very fleshy. Sweet, very long and enveloping finish. Wine with character that will improve in the bottle.

Its personality makes it different.
Vinification: Fermentation begins in stainless steel at a very low temperature. Next, we fill the barrels. Fermentation in large-capacity barrels at low temperature. Very slow fermentations to respect all the fruit and personality. Long aging to integrate the acidity and improve the entry into the mouth.
Area, topography and D.O.: Aios, Sanxenxo. Salnés, Rías Baixas, without D.O.
It is the combination of the depth, elegance and concentration of the old vines of Gomariz. The complexity, freshness, nerve and aromatic intensity are provided by the Albariño. The mouthfeel is sweet, round, intense, elegant, original from the Godello grapes and the clay soils of Gomariz. The structure of the Treixadura and the schists of Gomariz. The mineral notes stand out, fused together with a balanced acidity that lengthens the wine in the mouth. All in one wine, finesse, elegance, depth, intensity, complexity and concentration. Mineral and fruity in equal parts in a different wine.
Image: It is a recreation of the good and bad angels that appear in the video of the song of the same name by Ronnie James Dio. The angel represents the ethereal, the pleasure and the little devil the feeling of being in hell, due to the heat of the warm summer in the vineyard.
Vineyards and age of the vines: O Forcadal, 111 years old.
Varieties: Treixadura, Albariño and Godello, others.
Production: 3h maceration with the skins, pressing, fermentation and aging in barrels. Fermentation: 500L and 700L barrels used.
