O CON
O Con is the result of old Albariño vines from the Aios area in Sanxenxo. The grapes come from a plot of old vineyards on a hillside, with schist soils, above an old tungsten mine. Traditional viticulture and sea breeze.
The freshness, depth and fleshiness of the old vines allows us to make a deep, elegant and tasty wine. Growing it close to the coast on schist means less production, but it provides more personality and aromatic intensity. Minerality and fruitiness in equal parts. Its personality makes it different.
