SON JULIANA BLANCO DE MANTONEGRO
Type of grape: Mantonegro, (vinified for white wine).
Aging: Stainless steel tanks.
Production:
Manual harvesting by variety in 6kg buckets and cold storage.
Destemming; Soft pressing; Cold racking.
Fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeasts in stainless steel at 16ºC.
Aging on lees for at least 8 months.
Tasting notes:
On the nose, aromas of white flowers and citrus of medium intensity.
Fresh attack on the palate with good acidity that gives way to citrus notes such as lemon, then apricot appears to harmonize.
A fresh, light finish of medium intensity to enjoy alone, with appetizers or light meals.
