Made with must from native white grapes, “Giró Ros”, and must from the bleeding of flower must from red Syrah grapes, its elaboration and combination of varieties as well as the very limited production make it a very exclusive wine.
Pale strawberry color, with orange tones, very clean.
With notes of very fresh red fruits..
It presents aromas of red fruits, strawberry and especially notes of Mediterranean fruits, pear, apricot and medlar, with memories of childhood, sweets and jelly beans, easy to drink.
The native Mallorcan varieties predominate, all influenced by the proximity of l’Albufera de Mallorca, “at sea level”, which gives it a smoothness that invites you to continue drinking.

It is recommended to serve it very cold.
