Red wine made with Manto Negro and Merlot grape varieties (a selection of old vineyards). Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

ALCOHOL: 14% vol.
NOSE: Aromas of ripe red fruits and some vegetal notes stand out. Also toasted, spicy and tobacco aromas from the wood.
COLOUR: A slightly intense cherry-coloured red wine with garnet edges. Clean and bright.
PALATE: Very elegant on the palate. Balanced on the palate, reminiscent of the warmth of our island, with ripe and well-integrated tannins. Aftertaste, mineral aromas stand out and remind us of ripe red fruit. End of the palate with a medium-high and pleasant persistence.
