A wine of very limited production, which is only made in very specific vintages, which the winemaker considers optimal for this wine. Therefore this wine is not made every harvest. In the years in which it is made, the oldest vines with the lowest production are chosen, with a yield that generally does not exceed one kilo of grapes per vine. Production is very limited, depending on the vintage, about 2,400 to 4,000 bottles.

Garnet ruby ​​color, with purple hues, high layer. Bright appearance and intense and persistent tears.
It has very intense aromas, very expressive, with very frank varietal aromas reminiscent of ripe red fruit, with a very fine and elegant balsamic background, certain spicy notes (pepper and bay leaves) and some vegetal touches (coriander).
On the palate it is an intense wine, with a predominance of notes of very ripe fruit, with balsamic notes and a very well-integrated wood, some light vegetal notes (coriander) and spices. It is a long, intense and rounded wine.
It is a wine that is expected to age very well in the bottle, and to age excellently.
