Tasting Notes:
Color: Clear in colour, clean and bright.
Nose: Full of nuances, such as aromatic herbs, white and citrus fruits, combined with hints or roses and herbs.
Palate: Snooth, fine and elegant.
Elaborated: In our still, whole grapes from our vineyards are distilled with great passion, in a traditional way, drop by drop, respecting all the principles of distillation.
Varieties: Prensal Blanc & Merlot.
