TASTING NOTES

Clean, cherry red with delicate orange tones. Fresh with aromas of ripe black fruits such as blackberry, plum. Spicy background with notes of tobacco, coffee and leather. Good and intense fruit and vegetable notes with a fine and elegant finish with lingering fine tannins. Dry and earthy with a medium body and balanced freshness. Velvety on the palate, a polished structure with flavours of wild berries, plum jam, and baked yams with an elegant finish of fine tannins hints of terra cotta minerality.
