London Dry gin style. Young and refreshing gin distilled in our cellar in small batches in an artisanal way with a base of neutral alcohol macerated with 11 Mediterranean botanicals from our Serra de Tramuntana.

Tasting Notes:
Nose: Aroma or Rosemary and lavender mixed with the fresh aroma of wild herbs such as lemon balm or lemon verbena, tomato leaves or olivarda together with orange peel and fresh citrus notes.
Palate: Creamy and delicate. Very good balance in the sensations of freshness with presence of rosemary and lavender, with floral aftertaste.
Elaboration:
We distil with passion, on the traditional way, in our copper still, drop by drop using only the heart of the distillation to achieve a product of excellent quality in our Pollensa Gin.
