Produced and refined in solera system.
Roc singulars blanc de 3 anys is the result of the recovery of a unique winemaking and refining system that had been used to obtain premium white wines, highly prized by our owners and which were sold in bulk. It comes from a static solera started in 2014 in an 18,000-litre concrete deposit where the wine is always kept under reductive ageing conditions. Each year a maximum of 1/3 of the volume of the solera is removed, which is replaced with new wine suitable for Terra Alta PDO of selected quality, mainly of White Grenache grapes. Bottled on the vine, without fining or filtering.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow colour. Deep and rich aroma, mineral, with fine notes of herbs and dried flowers, white fruit and nuts. In the mouth it is very tasty and balanced, ripe and saline.

Its aromatic expression is delicate and not advisable to oxygenate it excessively. It may produce fine sediments of natural origin that in no case alter the aroma or flavour of the wine. Peak drinking: 2024-2026. Serve cold (8-10º C).
