VINTAGE & VINIFICATION
Vines between 15 and 20 years old, located in two plots, one in Porreres and the other in Binissalem, Mallorca. The plantations are located at an altitude of 50 meters and 139 meters above sea level respectively. It has a type of clay soil marked by a Mediterranean climate.
Manual harvest, selection in the vineyard and later on the selection table. Cold pre-fermentation maceration of between 24-48 hours. Fermentation in 5000 liter European oak foudres. Malolactic fermentation and aging in 225 liter French oak barrels for 12 months until stabilization and filtration.

TASTING NOTES
Ripe cherry red with a medium layer. On the nose we can appreciate aromas of red forest fruits, with hints of spices such as black pepper. Balsamic and roasted notes from the ageing process appear subtly.
On the palate it has a powerful and voluminous entry, but with great balance and harmony. The mid-palate is structured and silky. It has a long and pleasant finish, where notes of red berries and spices persist.

HARVEST & VINIFICATION

Manual harvest, selection in the vineyard, reducing aging, gentle fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, minimum 1 year of aging in bottle.

TASTING NOTES
Ripe cherry color. Fine on the nose, sweet and delicate. Sweet spices, red fruits and a pastry background. Elegant entry in the mouth that opens and fills the entire palate. Balsamic notes, cabinetmaking and red fruits together with good acidity, provide length and life.

The Owner’s Edition Rosé is made from grapes from the Son Perelló estate in Inca, combined with grapes from the Son Aguió estate in Binissalem, Mallorca.
Both have a type of clay soil marked by a Mediterranean climate.
Mechanized harvest. First, a preliminary selection is made in the field. Then, direct bleeding is carried out to obtain the flower must. Finally, it is aged on lees for 4 months until stabilization and filtration.
Rosé blush color.
On the nose, fresh notes of stone fruits stand out, evolving towards floral and citrus touches.
On the palate, it has a sweet and pleasant entrance. Balanced finish with a light, integrated and persistent structure.

The Owner’s Edition is made from grapes from the Son Perelló estate in Inca, Mallorca. It is a 4-hectare plot of land cultivated on trellises, facing southwest, at an altitude of 50 metres and 15 years old. The soil has a clay-loam texture with a high ferric oxide content and a calcareous nature marked by a Mediterranean climate.
Manual harvesting in small boxes. After an initial selection in the field, the grapes arrived at the winery where they were stored in a cold chamber. They were then passed through a selection table and cold macerated for 3 hours before pneumatic pressing. Finally, alcoholic fermentation took place and the wine was kept on its lees for 6 months until stabilisation and filtration.
Golden colour with green reflections.
On the nose, ripe tropical and citrus aromas appear with light hints of anise and aromatic herbs.
On the palate, it stands out for its pleasant and fresh entrance, which persists on the palate in a very balanced and unctuous way. It finishes with tropical and citrus notes. In the glass it evolves towards aromas of pastries due to its aging on lees.

Wine made with grapes from the Son Gornals estate, located in Porreres, at an altitude of 50 metres. It is a trellis plantation, facing southeast. It has a type of clay soil with a high presence of carbonates and ferric oxide marked by a Mediterranean climate. These characteristics are reflected in the wine, highlighting its minerality and complexity.
Harvested by machine. After a first selection in the field, it is collected in 300 kg boxes. Subsequently, pneumatic pressing was carried out without maceration to obtain a clear wine profile. Finally, it was aged on lees for 2 months until stabilization and filtration.
Pale golden colour with green hues.
On the nose it has good complexity. Citrus, tropical and slightly herbaceous notes characteristic of the variety.
On the palate, its freshness stands out due to its good integrated acidity. It is a pleasant, balanced, fruity and refreshing wine.

The Chardonnay Stairway to Heaven is made from grapes from the Son Perelló estate, located in Inca, Mallorca. It is a 5-hectare plot of trellised vineyards, facing East-West, with young 4-year-old vines. The soil has a clay-loam texture and is calcareous in nature, marked by a Mediterranean climate.
Mechanical harvest. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out and the wine was kept on its fine lees for 3 months until stabilisation and filtration.

On the nose, fresh citrus and tropical notes predominate.
On the palate, it has a pleasant and fresh entrance, with a balanced and fruity finish.
