AROA GORENA

Characteristics: A fruity, fresh and round reserve. Vineyards from organic farming, with low production. Northern limit zone for the cultivation of red varieties, sheltered by the Urbasa and Andía mountain ranges. The vines, planted on fresh clayey calcareous soils, have never been treated with synthetic chemicals. The Garnacha was harvested the week of September 29 and Cabernet Sauvignon ended the harvest, being collected on October 21. Manual harvesting and bunch selection table. Production: Fermentation at 27ºC, 18 days of maceration and 2 daily pumping overs.

Varieties: Garnacha and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Ageing: 18 months in oak barrels and leaves the winery with a minimum of 28 months in bottle.

Alcohol content: 14.5% Vol.

Visual: Good layer. Color between purple and ruby, carmine and toasted earth reflections.

Nose: Fine, elegant and spicy. Fruitiness that links with notes of allspice, nutmeg and cloves.

Palate: Tasty attack, honest and frank. Harmonious, round and tasty tannins. Finish full of freshness.
