AROA MUTIKO

Characteristics: A fresh and elegant Navarra Garnacha. Vineyards grown organically, with low yields. Northern limit for the cultivation of red varieties, sheltered by the Urbasa and Andía mountain ranges. The vines, planted on fresh clayey calcareous soils, have never been treated with synthetic chemicals. The harvest began on September 24. Manual harvesting and bunch selection table. Production: Fermentation at 23ºC, with 12 days of maceration and two daily pumping overs.

Varieties: 100% Garnacha.

Aging: 6 months in barrels.

Alcohol content: 15% Vol.

Visual: Intense cherry color with lively violet nuances. Medium layer, clean and with dense tears.

Nose: It has a medium intensity. Frank, clean and elegant. Red fruits stand out, accompanied by liquorice and spicy notes.

Palate: Pleasant, elegant and medium-bodied. Medium acidity, soft and well-integrated tannins. With notes of red fruits and pepper that were already noticeable on the nose. Balanced, with harmony and a pleasant aftertaste.
