Tasting notes:
Colour: Lemon green colour with greenish reflections. Clean and bright.
Nose: Aromas of fresh herbs such as lemon balm and fennel, as well as white fruit such as custard apple and floral touches such as orange blossom and lime blossom, mixed with sea mist.
Palate: A dry, light, well-integrated wine with excellent acidity and a marine and citrus aftertaste.

Elaboration:
Harvest by hand, selecting the grapes in the vineyard and in the winery. Fermentation in small batches in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Grapes: Prensal Blanc, Moscatel, Chardonnay, Girò Ros and Sauvignon Blanc.
