Alcohol content: 12,5-13 % Vol.

Tasting notes: Orange pale colour. It is fruity on the nose with red fruits and citric notes. On the palate it is fruity and fresh, well balanced.

Storage and serving suggestions: under good storage conditions, this wine will maintain its characteristics during the first and second year after bottling date. Serve cold (8º C).

Clot d’encís rosé selecció is inspired by the Mediterranean rosé wines. It is made exclusively from Grenache selected vineyards. It is elaborated with a short and controlled prefermentative maceration and subsequent fermentation at low temperature.
