FRANCESC RICART BRUT

Varietal: Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada
Aging: 14 months of aging in bottle.
Harvest: Selection of bunches in mid-September.
Vineyard: Selection of vineyards in the Penedés region, located 250 meters above sea level.

Production: Immediate pressing. Subsequent cooling of the musts and racking. Controlled fermentation at a temperature below 16ºC. Finally, a short aging on its fine lees is carried out and the base is prepared for the second fermentation.
Alcohol content: 11.5% Vol.

TASTING
Visual: Pale yellow in color.
Nose: Floral and honey notes, it is fresh, balanced, fruity and with fine bubbles.
Palate: Ideal as an aperitif and to accompany rice, fish, seafood, and grilled white or red meats.
