Mediterranean dry rosé Terra Alta PDO.

Region: Terra Alta, Southern Catalonia.
Grapes: Red Grenache, Grenache Blanc, Peluda Grenache from selected vineyards.
Vineyard’s age: 20 or more years old.
Growing and conduction system: conventional agriculture, mostly bush vines.

Vinification: The three grape varieties are pressed together. This wine is elaborated only from free-run juice after a short skin contact maceration with a strict control of the temperature during these processes. Matured on its fine lees for 2 months. Exclusively finned with vegetable origin products.
Stopper: micro granulated cork 44 x 24 mm.
Alcohol content: 12.5-13.5 % by Vol.

Tasting notes: it shows an orange pale and bright colour. On the nose, it is fruity but fine and complex. Well balanced, fresh and lingering taste. Under good storage conditions, this wine will preserve its characteristics during the next 2 years. Serve at 8º-10º C.
