VALAUTÍN ALBILLO REAL
Valautín in Piedmontese means the valley of small vineyards. Produced in various vineyards with granitic soils, this white wine stands out for its manual harvest and spontaneous fermentation. With a bright yellow colour, it reveals subtle citrus and fresh notes on the nose. On the palate, its freshness is combined with flavours of white fruits and a slight herbaceous character, culminating in a subtly bitter finish. An elegant, expressive and gastronomic wine to enjoy on any occasion.
