Francesc Ricart Cava’s are made using the Traditional Method, in some of the most representative areas of the Cava D.O.: Penedés, Sant Sadurní d´Anoia and Alt Penedés. The collection reflects a careful selection of the best grapes of the Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Parellada, Garnacha and Monastrell varieties, and a meticulous production process.
