ES CAP ROIG

Varieties: Manto negro, Cabernet sauvignon, Pinot Noir
Each of the wines produced in this winery are named after a wild animal species from our natural surroundings. For this very fresh wine, a species linked to the sea was chosen: Es Cap Roig (Rock Fish). It was without a doubt the right decision. Just as this fish has an elegant orangish color and is known for being a fish with a lot of personality: so is this wine.
